No pyramid scheme shakes, juices, detox's or fads just real food, whizzed up for ease, simplicity and effiencey.
Here's a simple way of how I build mine, choose 1 or more from each catergory:
1. Liquid - water, plant milk, coconut water.
2. Greens - kale, spinach, broccoli (steamed or raw), cucumber, celery.
3. Mask the greens - banana, pineapple, lime.
4. Good fats - nuts, nut butter, coconut oil, seeds.
5. Super additions - blueberries, chia, cacao, ginger, grass fed whey.
Other goodies I like to add include - mango, grapes, strawberries, blackberries, herbs such as coriander and parsely, spices such as turmeric and cinnamon, vanilla powder, oats.
